The precision that goes into maintaining systems at 99.97% uptime is not so different from composing a photograph — both demand clarity of intent, and an eye for what matters. A B.S. in Information Technology from SUNY Albany, along with IBM, Red Hat, and CISSP certifications, grounds the technical side of who I am.
